Starting in 1996 at the fledgling Porter Matthews Residential, David soon found his way in the company he loved, becoming an owner in 2002.

Setting many sales records in the Ausnet Group made up of the top independent WA real estate agencies, he soon become recognised as a leader in the industry and was invited to sit on the Real Estate Sales Chapter at REIWA which went on to set up the first big real estate seminar for the WA real estate industry.

Now 26 years on, Porter Matthews Metro has proudly helped many people from all walks of life succeed in the real estate industry and achieve their goals as well as creating a good life for their families.

Known for being a family style business, David as the managing Director, Licensee and also one of the top sales agents has driven the business to strive for its best each and every day coming in the Top 3 Agencies in WA for Small Business Sales in REIWA as well as having a very strong Property Management Department.

David’s true passion are his children, Isaac and Ruby Q, and wife Melanie. While his great hobby is running around the bridges and doing ½ marathons in our beautiful city.
