With 19 years of experience in real estate, I came into property management somewhat unexpectedly—after signing a lease for a house, I was offered an opportunity in the field and never looked back. Before real estate, I worked as an assistant accountant, which gave me a strong foundation in detail, organization, and financial management—skills I’ve carried into my property management career.

Outside of work, I enjoy painting, cross-stitch, diamond art, and horse riding. Family is the most important part of my life—I’ve been married for 35 years, have two adult children, one granddaughter, and a lively household with two dogs, a cat, two horses, and even a couple of goldfish. My greatest wish is simply for my family to be happy.

Looking ahead, my personal goal is to pay off my mortgage, retire, and explore Australia in a caravan.

As a property manager, I believe the most important qualities are honesty, professionalism, and the ability to resolve issues fairly. My core values are empathy, active listening, and open communication—working alongside both owners and tenants to build positive, respectful relationships.
